Cyprus Government provides Legal Aid in some specific Law sectors, where your legal fees will be covered and you will have the right for a Free legal representation.
The Aid is available according to Law (165(I)/2002) in the following cases:
- Criminal Cases
- Family Disputes
- European Arrest Warrant
- Human Rights Violation
- Refugee Protection
- Illegal immigrants
- EU Citizens and Family Members
- Sale of mortgaged property
